Consistency is the key!

Same as you didn’t gain those extra pound overnight, you cannot get rid of them overnight. It will take time, but I’m telling you, it is possible. You just need to stay on the right track for most of the time.

Do you remember, as a kid, you couldn’t read and write? Probably not, it was a long time ago, but you certainly know that you learnt to read and write only because you tried again and again. You were consistent. And now you have to use some of that magic again!

Promise yourself you won’t stop until you finish. There will be days when you let yourself down. Just do not start over and over, count all days. If you set to start on Monday, but then go back to bad habits on Tuesday and Wednesday, do not start from scratch on Thursday, but count days from Monday. Yes, it won’t be looking good that you actually made negative progress in those 3 days, but you must stay real. Remember- EVERYTHING COUNTS, ALL THE GOOD COUNTS, AS WELL AS ALL THE BAD COUNTS.

One good day won’t make change, same as one bad day. We are allowed to have bad days, but it is our responsibility to have more good days than bad days.
