Korean Beef Rolls
Ingredients
500g extra-lean minute steak, thinly sliced
200g Korean BBQ sauce
200g frozen diced white onions
2 tbsp frozen chopped garlic
300g frozen mixed pepper slices
1 tbsp vegetable oil
75g grated cheddar and mozzarella, plus extra to scatter (optional)
4 soft white submarine rolls, toasted
1 handful coriander, chopped

Method
Step 1
Place the steak in a bowl, pour over the Korean sauce and stir to coat; set aside for 10 mins.
Step 2
Heat a dry pan over medium-high heat. Add the frozen onions, garlic and pepper slices; stir-fry for 5 mins, until all the liquid has evaporated. Add the oil and continue to cook until golden. Toss in the beef along with its marinade and cook for a couple of mins more. Stir in the cheese until melted.
Step 3
Divide the beef mixture between the toasted rolls; scatter with a little more cheese, if liked, and a handful of coriander.
